Being Loved: BDC Nail Art Challenge (Day 5)

Welcome back beautiful! I'm a bit late with last week's nail art challenge since I was out sick. I don't get sick often. Actually it has been a few years well since I've been sick. But in this time although my body was weak, I felt great strength and love from my friends and family. So what a fitting way to complete this nail challenge than to show the true love I experienced.

What is love? There are a few answers that one can receive when asking this question. My first and best response would be " God is Love" according to 1 John 4:16.

For this challenge I used colors that represent love to me, pink (China Glaze Life is Rosy) and red (China Glaze Igniting Love) with a hint of silver sparkle with the topper from L'Oreal The True Diamond.

Join Cosmetic Proof and DrinkCitra as we complete the BCDnails  challenge :)

I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway. The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water. Let’s start with the swatches which made me think twic

Marble Hearts: BCD Nail Art Challenge (Day 13)

Today's challenge utilizes the technique of dry water marbling to create your pattern. I'm doing a twist of it but doing a needle drag i.e using a needle or any fine point for just a smidgen of swirl to the colours used.
