Pink Micro Leopard Print Nail Art

I can finally say I feel totally confident now with nail stamping and this was all due to watching tons of nail stamping videos and trials to find polishes within my own stash that worked well as stamping polishes. One of the main tips I picked up was that the polish needs to be a thicker viscosity. Another tip is that if it is opaque in one coat it maybe perfect for stamping since after all the images for stamps are just thin layers of polish. So here's my first big success with stamping :)

Blue Brush Stroke Nail Art

Hello beautiful! I've been thoroughly enjoying my birthday month with lots of activities from beach outings to barbeques and movie dates. So I'm back today with some simple nail art perfect for you DIY'ers that are not ambidextrous. The brush stroke technique is quite simple and can achieve numerous looks just by changing the colors used.

Pink Silk Abstract Nail Art

I have a love for abstract art and today's nail art uses stripes and dots in a somewhat funky french tip design.

Rainbow Dots Nail Art

How many times have I been inspired by Robin Moses? Too many times to count. She is my nail art guru and I watch her videos every week as she takes all kinds of objects for sources of inspiration. Today's design is a simple one I saw her do using a light blue base but I did a twist on her's using my favorite color; pink .

B&W Checkers: Mara Hoffman NYFW Inspired Nail Art

I feel head over heels in love with this gorgeous graphic, mainly black and white print with a pop of color design from Mara Hoffman Fall 2014 collection as seen for NYFW. I thought it was impossible to ever get this look represented in my nail art until of course I simply got down to work. Lo and behold I found an easy way to replicate the pattern in nail art using simple brush strokes.

NYFW Peter Som Fall 2014 Inspired Nail Art: Graphic Orange

I love taking inspiration from fashion to incorporate into my nail art. Last time I was also inspired by Peter Som and for this new season I am again in love with an orange design of his. This look is more interpretive and graphic from my regular designs.
