Stripper tape anyone? I was lucky enough to stumble upon stripper tape at a recent nail trade show and decided to use this for what else but a tape manicure :) It is pretty easy to use just make sure you have a sharp scissors at hand to cut clean edges.

Hello Beautiful! Well it's springtime in some parts of the world and I am joining in the fun with a springtime manicure inspired by bright bold colours of flowers and butterflies. My nail design today is all handpainted using a base of polish and nail art with acrylic paints. This look is also special to me since it's my MakeupBee entry into their first nail art competition being hosted by the Nail Art Society.

It's amazing how simple techniques like this one; the saran wrap can produce simply stunning designs. All you need is at least two contrasting colours and some saran wrap of course. For my Golden Chi Saran Wrap nails I'm using a chocolate brown with golden shimmer called Midtown Magic from China Glaze and Gold Plated from L.A.Girl Metal polish line.
