Nail Challenge Day 23: Inspired by Nature

Nature is so amazing! You can find so many sources of inspiration and if you are like me, I am constantly fascinated learning about how things in nature works. Lately it has been so hot here and we recently had so many bush fires that I thought it appropriate to bring out some hot, glowing colours for my fire inspired nature nail design :)

Get the Look:
1. Paint your nails two coats of the Frisky Banana by CaraMia cosmetics.
2. Using a sponge and some of the orange polish, also from CaraMia cosmetics called Orange Fever, sponge on the orange about 2/3 up the nail bed.
3. Finish off the gradient fire using a blue polish called CaraMia Cosmetics Moody Chick to the nail tips.
4. Complete and smoothen out the gradient using a clear top coat.

I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway. The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water.
