Pink Hottie Leopard

Meow pussy cat! Let's bring out some hot pink and some big kitty power with a bright hot pink polish and some simple leopard print nails. I was so impressed by the bright colour of CaraMia Cosmetics Glo nail polish in Pink Hottie that I wanted to find another way to wear this beauty than simply on its own.

Leopard prints are very simple to replicate. Here's how I do mine.

Step one: Start off with a base coat to protect your natural nails from staining. Apply two coats of a hot pink base colour. I'm using the beautiful CaraMia Cosmetics Glo polish in Pink Hottie.
Step two: Allow your pink hottie to dry fully and then apply spots of a silver polish in random areas. I used Milani Nail Lacquer in PC Girl.
Step three: Apply a black polish in "C" shapes or bean shapes around your silver spots. I used Jordana pop art in Black Mark.
Step four: Apply some black spots in any free spaces to complete your leopard skin look. Seal your design in with your favourite top coat. My favourite at the moment is Inm Total Eclipse Non-Yellowing UV blocking topcoat.

See how simple? Now feel free to change up this simple design using any colour combination of your choose. The possibilities are endless.

The best part about this manicure is seeing how it lights up under UV light. The glow is amazing.

Happy Glowing!

Revlon Sculpting Blush Palette in Pink

I have never been so disappointed in a Revlon product before… until now! Maybe I chose the wrong colour for my skin-tone but there are so many other things about this palette that makes me think I should have bought some more lip butters instead. Let’s start with what I do love about the palette. It’s simple black compact that has the same sleek look as the other Revlon photo-ready items. I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway. The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water. Let’s start with the swatches which made me think twic
