Nail Challenge Day 7: Classic Black and White Polka Dot Nails

I'm in love with polka dots. It's really simple to do and if you don't have a dotting tool, just a regular toothpick or bobby pin would do. Here's the classic black with white polka dots.

I just used a black polish from Nabi Cosmetics and white acrylic paints for the dots using a medium size nail dotting tool. Orly Glosser as your shiny top coat!

Stay tuned for Day Eight: Metallic Nails and be sure to stop by Jayne's blog Cosmetic Proof and Traci's blog DrinkCitra to see what gorgeous designs they also created for this challenge!

Happy Black and White Nails!

The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water. Let’s start with the swatches which made me think twic

Marble Hearts: BCD Nail Art Challenge (Day 13)

Today's challenge utilizes the technique of dry water marbling to create your pattern. I'm doing a twist of it but doing a needle drag i.e using a needle or any fine point for just a smidgen of swirl to the colours used.
