Oh hello! You're welcome to have Sunday lunch with me. On Sunday's I'm the top chef in my house simply since my mom cooks for the other days in the week. So I had to learn through trial and error how to get some good food down for the whole family to enjoy. This week we're having Chicken Mushroom Noodles.
My work was mostly done with the help of these noodles. The instructions say they cook in 3 minutes and I was able to get tender noodles in 4 minutes (probably since my water wasn't quite at the rolling boil I needed it to be). Make sure to salt you water.
Add some vegetables of your choice; for me carrots, strings bean and sweet peppers sauted in oil, garlic and pimento peppers with a touch of soya sauce. Dish completed in no time.
My noodles were accompanied by some simple baked chicken. They were seasoned with salt, black pepper, garlic and a variety of green seasonings and left to marinate overnight. They took about 1 hour at 180 degrees C oven.
Just some simple grapefruit and orange juice to wash it all down. Hope you enjoyed what I had for lunch today! I'm hoping to be more specific with my measurements in the future.
Because you can't eat makeup!
XOXO
