Lucky Spring Greens

Hello Beautiful! Hope you are having a wonderful day! I recently fell head over heels in love with MAC’s Lucky Green. It’s a colour that I can’t get enough of. It would be my spring look if I was living wherever there is a spring season but since it’s sunny over here in the Caribbean well it fits in just nicely too! Don’t mind me since it isn’t Christmas but I love pairing green with red.
I’m posing here! lol
Face
Revlon Beyond Natural Smoothing primer
Sacha Mattifier
Loreal Translucide Loose powder in Medium
Revlon Colorstay Makeup in Toast
MAC Prolongewear concealer in NC 45
NYX blush in Desert Rose
Eyes
MAC False Lashes extreme black mascara
Coastal Scents Go Palette Cairo
Ambrosia Cosmetics Amplified
NYX Slim eye pencil in Acid Green
Lips
Revlon Matte Lipstick In The Red
In case you are wondering, because this green is super gorgeous I wanted that to be the main focus on the eyes and just use a little black to create a defined crease, but not a cut crease so you could see the contrast of the green against the black.
Do you have a favourite green you absolutely love? I guess you know what is mine now!
Happy Spring Greens!
XOXO
Naomi

Hot Milk Sponge Cake with Fresh Fruit & Coconut

In today's yummy post we are doing an easy sponge cake (no creaming of butter and sugar involved). Instead of torting this cake we are using two loaf pans to give us our two layers, which we will pull together with vanilla buttercream. I love the rectangular look of this cake rather than the traditional round or square but more importantly the flavors of the toasted coconut on the sides and fresh fruit on top makes for a mouth watering dessert.
