Happy Friday! Volume#7

Who doesn’t love a Friday? It’s the start to the weekend where we beauty lovers can get some more time to indulge in our stashes of beauty items. More so we get maybe some time for ourselves to just do nothing much or something extravagant! It’s also a time for me to share more about me to you that may or may not be beauty related. Feel free to share what you will be up to this weekend. Happy Friday!

Beauty Adventure? Not quite sure how my MAC trip turned out to be a NYX trip instead but after leaving the NYX kiosk I was way too excited to try everything that the MAC store needed to wait. Yes I said that! NYX has some really great products and if you want to try some crazy colours without breaking into a bank then give them a try.
I’m super excited to start using these colourful slim eye pencils and these new shades in the jumbo eye pencils. Am I the only one who doesn’t have their jumbo eye pencil in milk?

Plans for the weekend? Unfortunately duties calls this weekend and so I have to work on Saturday which means Sunday will be chores day and prepare for Monday day! On a positive note, on my way to work there are so many colourful blooms that make my drive to work much better.
Yellow Poui
Immortelle
Maybe after work I can finally make my way down to the MAC store to see if any good lipsticks are left from their new collections.

Something about me? Since I was talking about blossoms, well you should know I was in the 4H club when I was a little girl and since then I was always interested in plants and flowers. I’m on a new quest to make my own flowers garden! So far this gorgeous bougainvillea is the main star attraction. My mom wonders if I can find a lipstick like this. Any suggestions?
Happy Friday!
XOXO

    2. Hey! Me too. Where I live NYX is a bit hard to find. Even then, I got hold to quite a few products and I'm so in love with them!! I really did not expect such quality product for the price ( even though we pay almost higher here).
I see every reason of you going bonkers stocking up on these!

Revlon Sculpting Blush Palette in Pink

I have never been so disappointed in a Revlon product before… until now! Maybe I chose the wrong colour for my skin-tone but there are so many other things about this palette that makes me think I should have bought some more lip butters instead. Let’s start with what I do love about the palette. It’s simple black compact that has the same sleek look as the other Revlon photo-ready items. I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway. The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water. Let’s start with the swatches which made me think twic

Marble Hearts: BCD Nail Art Challenge (Day 13)

Today's challenge utilizes the technique of dry water marbling to create your pattern. I'm doing a twist of it but doing a needle drag i.e using a needle or any fine point for just a smidgen of swirl to the colours used.
