Valentine’s Day Look

While I am not a big lover of the Valentine’s Day show, I also love the bright reds and pinks that are associated with this day. And of course I love the roses and chocolates and presents! Yippie. Ok so I guess I do love Valentine’s Day! Yes so out came those colours and I created a look with some underutilized pigments from Halener Rustique. It’s not something I would wear everyday but just maybe for this one night out.

Halener Rustique pigments in Rosey (soft rose),
Cranberry ice (bright pink),
Concept (dark red)
Desire (red brown)
Sand storm (duochrome soft pink)

The look is basically lighter shades moving into darker ones. Hope you all have a lovely Valentine’s Day. I share my love with you all. Thanks for all the support!
Happy Valentine’s Day!

Let’s start with what I do love about the palette. It’s simple black compact that has the same sleek look as the other Revlon photo-ready items. I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway.
