Citrus Pop Carnival Inspired Look

It’s carnival time here in Trinidad & Tobago and this is where you get to see our creativity using any colour under the rainbow. I personally am not afraid to where bright makeup or clothing anytime of the year but do find it more appealing to go really bright when it’s carnival time. I don’t play mas but if I had to choose a costume it would be something with green and blue. So instead I tried a carnival inspired green and blue look for you. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Maybe I chose the wrong colour for my skin-tone but there are so many other things about this palette that makes me think I should have bought some more lip butters instead. I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway. The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water. Marble Hearts: BCD Nail Art Challenge (Day 13)

Today's challenge utilizes the technique of dry water marbling to create your pattern. I'm doing a twist of it but doing a needle drag i.e using a needle or any fine point for just a smidgen of swirl to the colours used.
