It’s My Bag Now: Nine West Satchel

Normally I would say it’s in my bag now but before I can do that for this New Year, I thought I would introduce you to my new bag. Besides my love for Steve Madden I also share my heart with Nine West. So this girl got super lucky and since I was a very nice girl, Santa brought me the desires of my heart. Every girl needs a good black bag that is versatile enough for the office but sleek enough to be carried anywhere. It shouldn’t be too big or too small but it has to be able to carry my makeup bag within it! That was a must have requirement. Introducing my new Nine West Black Satchel that is available at the Zippers store in West Mall!
Now it is a bit pricey around $TT800 but the Guess bag I wanted was way more. I do appreciate the little addition of the mirror key chain that came along with the satchel. I do think that if you work in an office one should make an investment in a good sleek handbag as well as good shoes to polish off your overall look and makeup. I’m sure this baby will be with me for the years to come.
Happy Shopping!
XOXO

Revlon Sculpting Blush Palette in Pink

I have never been so disappointed in a Revlon product before… until now! Maybe I chose the wrong colour for my skin-tone but there are so many other things about this palette that makes me think I should have bought some more lip butters instead. Let’s start with what I do love about the palette. It’s simple black compact that has the same sleek look as the other Revlon photo-ready items. I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway. The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water. Let’s start with the swatches which made me think twic

Marble Hearts: BCD Nail Art Challenge (Day 13)

Today's challenge utilizes the technique of dry water marbling to create your pattern. I'm doing a twist of it but doing a needle drag i.e using a needle or any fine point for just a smidgen of swirl to the colours used.
