Nail Polish Combo- Let’s Meet (Sinful Colors) for some Midtown Magic (China Glaze)

Preparation for any vacation should always include what to wear on your nails. While thinking about my bathing suits for my Barbados vacation I realized that 2 of them were animal prints so I decided to go with a safari theme nails. Yellow works well with browns.
On Hands: Sinful Colors Professional“Let’s meet” 928 (Only $15TT at Wonderful World). Two coats of this smooth formula make for sunflower coloured nails.

On Feet: China Glaze “Midtown magic” 996 from their Fall Metro Collection 2011 ($35TTat Wonderful World). Two coats give this very dark dramatic chocolate colour with soft sparkles.

The two colours complimented each other beautifully and couldn’t look better on the white sands of Barbados’ Accra beach.

Maybe next time I’m in Barbados I’ll try a yellow and blue combo since these are the main colours in their National flag.
XOXO
Naomi

I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway. The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water. Let’s start with the swatches which made me think twic

Marble Hearts: BCD Nail Art Challenge (Day 13)

Today's challenge utilizes the technique of dry water marbling to create your pattern. I'm doing a twist of it but doing a needle drag i.e using a needle or any fine point for just a smidgen of swirl to the colours used.
