E.L.F. Takeovers Trinidad

Those sneaky little elves with their huge array of cosmetics! They just slowly infiltrated our lives here in the sunny islands of the Caribbean.
So while I had to purchase my items online a few months ago now I see them here with their welcomed takeover of our island. One by one they keep popping up, making beauty items more affordable for the beauty addicts like me.
So on my stroll through Excellent Stores in Trincity Mall; there they were sitting all pretty and staring at me. No they were calling out my name.
So far most of the ELF items available locally are from their US $1 line so that conversion would be at TT $6.4. However, most of these items sell here for TT$10 or more. If you consider shipping fees you would be about even if not cheaper than ordering online for these items.
P.S. There is an ELF Trinidad Facebook group.
Just to mention some of these items while so affordable may not work well for you so make sure and do your reviews before purchasing. Whether you spend one dollar or one hundred you should always look for value for money.
Has these sneaky elves invaded your makeup stash! Some of them have taken up permanent residence at my place. HELP!
XOXO
Naomi

  4. This was close to the cashiers and I only saw it early November so it might have been there for a while. If you are in Trincity Mall there is also the Magical makeup booth that is close to Bluegrass that has some brushes from the basic line as well. Happy Shopping!

Revlon Sculpting Blush Palette in Pink

I have never been so disappointed in a Revlon product before… until now! Maybe I chose the wrong colour for my skin-tone but there are so many other things about this palette that makes me think I should have bought some more lip butters instead. Let’s start with what I do love about the palette. It’s simple black compact that has the same sleek look as the other Revlon photo-ready items. I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway. The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water. Let’s start with the swatches which made me think twic

Marble Hearts: BCD Nail Art Challenge (Day 13)

Today's challenge utilizes the technique of dry water marbling to create your pattern. I'm doing a twist of it but doing a needle drag i.e using a needle or any fine point for just a smidgen of swirl to the colours used.
