Become a wVIP at Wonderful World

How many of us Trini girls take regular trips to Wonderful World? Whether it be for lingerine or just some simple panties, nail polish, jewelry, handbags, makeup and on goes the list!

So on my last trip to Wonderful World in Trincity Mall one of their friendly customer service dolls walks up to me seeing my distress at carrying handfuls of items and offers me a basket for my goodies (P.S. a basket always makes me feel like I need to fill it up). She then looks at my items and enquires if I have a card to which I say no. She then goes ahead to calculate the cost of the items in my basket and lets me know that I probably have enough to get this card! (Just a sneak peak at what I purchased to get this card and yeah I love milani)
And now introducing my new wVIP card from Wonderful World.
Dolls if you make a single purchase of over $250 TT you can have this opportunity too! This card earns you points and rewards. You can receive a $15TT wVIP reward for every 250 points you earn. You earn a point for every dollar you spend. Just to note that points can’t be earned on sale items. Other conditions apply so to be sure to check out the details on the leaflet you receive with your card.
When I was making my purchase and for activation of the card they ask for my phone number and birthday. I was most impressed when I got a text message almost immediately after the card activation saying “Congratulations you are now a member of the Wonderful world VIP program”.
So if you are in their stores almost every week like yours truly, what do you have to lose? I can’t wait to see what exclusive offers and benefits this card will bring for me. So check them out at their 9 locations countrywide.

Revlon Sculpting Blush Palette in Pink

I have never been so disappointed in a Revlon product before… until now! Maybe I chose the wrong colour for my skin-tone but there are so many other things about this palette that makes me think I should have bought some more lip butters instead. Let’s start with what I do love about the palette. It’s simple black compact that has the same sleek look as the other Revlon photo-ready items. I find a highlighter, contour shade and blush in one palette is a great idea too. Having more blush colour in terms of quantity with smaller sections for the highlighter and contour makes perfect sense since I will use more of the blush anyway. The colours as they appear in the pan look perfectly coordinated to work with each other. You get a small brush with soft bristles in your kit to ensure you can just pop this in your bag and you’re off.  In the sunlight Now here is where it all goes downhill like Jack and Jill with their pail of water. Let’s start with the swatches which made me think twic

Marble Hearts: BCD Nail Art Challenge (Day 13)

Today's challenge utilizes the technique of dry water marbling to create your pattern. I'm doing a twist of it but doing a needle drag i.e using a needle or any fine point for just a smidgen of swirl to the colours used.
